Simeonovgrad is a small and calm town located in South /South - East/ Bulgaria. The town is an administrative center of municipality Simeonovgrad. It is situated on the river – banks of Maritsa River which is the biggest one in Bulgaria. There are three bridges available connecting the two major parts of Simeonovgrad.

In the vicinity of the town you can visit a hillside area Asara where you can see historical remains of an ancient castle Konstantsiya dated to 4-th century. According to the mythology and an ancient legend it goes that the castle I mentioned above was the last Roman emperors residence where they have hided the Roman’s treasure in a secret underground net of tunnels. Up to now nobody has ever found it, thus you could be the winner.
My house is located in a very close proximity to the town’s church – 40 meters; 500 meters from the city hall; 800 meters from the police station. The neighbors are relatives and family friends – policemen, firefighter, army man etc. I am an officer, Bulgarian Armed Forces.
